Workshop Host: Sofia from Studio Bubby

Thank you for joining this workshop! Before the workshop, please read and sign below. This agreement helps keep everyone safe and informed. . By signing below, you acknowledge the nature of the workshop, agree to follow safety and house guidelines, and voluntarily accept the risks associated with participation.

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I understand that during the jewelry-making workshop, I may use or be near small tools, metal clay, and a kiln (primarily handled by the instructor). I recognize that participation involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to minor cuts, burns, allergic reactions, or other injuries.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this activity.

2. Home Studio & Property

I understand that this workshop takes place in a private residence and home studio operated by Studio Bubby.

I agree to:

• Remain within the designated workshop and guest areas unless otherwise permitted by the host
• Follow all safety instructions and reasonable requests from the host or instructors
• Treat the residence, studio, equipment, furnishings, and personal property with care
• Avoid touching or using equipment, materials, or personal belongings that have not been made available for workshop use
• Notify the host of any spills, damage, unsafe conditions, or injuries as soon as possible

I understand that Studio Bubby is a private home studio and not a public commercial facility.

3. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Studio Bubby workshop, I voluntarily release and hold harmless Studio Bubby, Sofia Moon, workshop instructors, assistants, collaborators, and event partners from claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from my participation in the workshop, including risks inherent to the activity or use of the premises, except to the extent caused by gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other circumstances for which liability cannot legally be waived.

4. Personal Belongings

I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings during the workshop. Studio Bubby is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought to the workshop.

5. Health & Safety

I confirm that I am able to safely participate in the workshop.

I agree to notify the host before or during the workshop of any allergies, sensitivities, physical limitations, or other concerns that I believe may affect my ability to safely participate.

I understand that I am responsible for following all safety instructions provided during the workshop.

6. Conduct & Right to Refuse Participation

I agree to conduct myself in a manner that does not endanger myself or others, damage property, or interfere with the workshop.

Studio Bubby reserves the right to ask a participant to stop participating or leave the workshop if their behavior creates a safety concern, causes disruption, or violates reasonable house or studio rules. In such circumstances, no refund is guaranteed.

7. Photo & Media Release

I grant permission to Studio Bubby to take photographs or videos of the process during the workshop and to use these images on social media, websites, or promotional materials. If I don't want to be photographed, I will explicitly let the instructor know.

8. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver, had the opportunity to ask questions, and voluntarily agree to its terms. I understand that I am participating in a hands-on workshop taking place in a private home studio and accept the inherent risks associated with the experience.
