A little time, space, and permission to make something of your own.
Date & time: Select preferred date and time window — your ticket gets you 2 hours of studio time (with ability to extend as schedule allows).
Location: Private studio in Westwood, Los Angeles CA 90024

About the session
Open Studio is our standing invite to past Studio Bubby workshop folks who want to keep making. No set instructions — just you, the tools, and whatever's been living in your head since your last class.
Bring an idea, pick up a project you left half-finished, or throw caution to the wind and try something totally new. You'll have the run of the studio — tools, equipment, $50 in material credit — and we're right there for guidance and troubleshooting whenever you get stuck (or just want a second opinion).
Your booking includes:
- 2 hours of Open Studio time (need more? it's $30/hour, schedule permitting)
- $50 credit toward silver and other materials (that's 5g of silver clay + up to 3 cubic zirconia gemstones — enough to make a ring or a charm)
- Access to collection of pearls, variable in price ($3-15 each)
- Full access to jewelry-making tools and equipment
- Guidance and troubleshooting from Studio Bubby
Go over your $50 material credit and we'll just charge you for what you used, no surprises.
A few things to know
Open Studio is reserved for Studio Bubby alumni — if you've taken one of our workshops before, you're in. You're steering the ship with your ideas here, we're just around for backup.
One note: we do not work with lost wax casting or metals other than silver clay. Firing via kilns and torches are instructor-handled only because safety first, always. If you have any questions, feel free to contact sofia@studiobubby.com
Care
Pure silver is hypoallergenic and tarnishes slower than sterling silver. While exposure to water is okay, please remove before swimming or bathing, or dry shortly after to preserve its shine.
When not in use, please store in an airtight bag or container when not in use to prevent tarnishing. Restore shine with the included polishing cloth.
